Eligibility for Refund

  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of delivery

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

Non-Refundable Items

  • Used or opened products

  • Products damaged due to misuse

  • Items purchased during clearance or special sales (unless defective)

Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection.
